from infoshop, 7 February 2008: A Spanish court on Thursday convicted two young Chilean citizens — Rodrigo Lanza Huidobro and Alex Cisternas Améstica — for the 2006 assault of a Spanish police officer. The decision drew a strong reaction from Chilean officials, with many insisting the ruling was based on "lies" and "discrimination." more

from imc-de, 16 January 2008: Two of the "Barcelona 4 February" prisoners charged with injuring a cop two years ago were released on bail yesterday pending the verdict which will be delivered in 15 days. Unfortunately, the third prisoner being charged has not been released. more

As the judge presiding over the case of Rodrigo, Alex and Juan (the 4Feb prisoners) in Barcelona continues to deny them bail and to allow evidence from the defence, the prisoners commenced a hunger strike today, Monday 19th June 2006. more

In the early morning of the 4th February, at number 55 St. Pere Mes Baix in Barcelona, police violently arrested 9 people outside a party. Three of them are still in prison, two accused of attempted murder and the other of "attack against the authorities" and incitement to attack. more

It is now 2 years that 7 anarchist comrades from Barcelona Rafa, Carol, Igor, Joaquim, Teo and Roger were arrested. After 5 days in police custody without the possibility of contact with their lawyer, 5 of them were moved to F.I.E.S. units. more
