London Zine Symposium 2008, 27 April

Police station gets good spanking after interfering with party

Fifteen people have been arrested after a police station was attacked by a mob of around 100 people who hurled beer and wine bottles at the building... The siege in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, took place after three people had been arrested on suspicion of driving a vehicle which had sound equipment on board, Norfolk Police said. more

Between the 22, 23 and 24 june 2007 in St.Denis, Paris, there was a National Social Forum of the Banlieues. The event was attended by lots of different local grassroot movements. more

New North London Occupied Social Centre

26.04.2007 15:07 - the old mountview theatre school site in crouch end is opening its doors to the public on sunday the 29th april after being abandoned by the drama school now based in wood green.

the new social centre benefits from a small theatre, which can be converted for cinema nights, as well as exhibition space, large workshop spaces, a bar and kitchen, and residential area. more

There seems to be someone at Holloway Road police station who has it in for anarchists. Our most recent difficulties with the local pigs started when they blocked access to the RTF4 party just as it was starting. more
