LCAP: First issue of 'Against Poverty' now out

The first issue of 'Against Poverty' the news bulletin from the London Coalition Against Poverty is available for distribution.

In this issue:

** We take a look at and how local authorities are employing the services of rather dodgy expert witnesses to provide medical assessments in order to justify decisions over housing applications

*** LCAP members involved in the Haringey Anti-Poverty Initiative talk about how the project came in to being
